How to make cucumber salad
Step 1: Combine all of the chopped veggies in a big bowl.
Step 2: Make the dressing by whisking the oil, lemon, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Step 3: Pour the dressing over the cucumber tomato salad and mix well until everything is coated.
